I thin...Thanks for the article, it is a great read. I think this goes in parallel with the recent populist trend regarding science; belief in fake science or rejection of science in general. The proliferation of fake news and science seems to be on the rise and people are having a difficult time filtering these out compared with someone with formal engineering or science backgrounds like us. I can't count the times someone I know has referenced an article which was not peer reviewed or even based on the scientific method (like a relative of mine who was convinced perpetual motion was possible because he saw it on YouTube).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
