We spotted this barge with a GE turibine-generator sailing past Catskill. Our GE friends will be glad to note that the barge is sailing right side up.

We spotted this barge with a GE turibine-generator sailing past Catskill. Our GE friends will be glad to note that the barge is sailing right side up.
