Vero Beach

We're just about to leave Vero. All the packages arrived, and all business is taken care of. We also delayed enough so that it shouldn't be too cold as we head north.
Our plan is simple. Today, we stop in Palm Bay to visit my brother Ed and Sally. Tomorrow, we pass Eau Gallie and we may get a chance to say hello to Dave and Joni Hackett. Then, we have to stop at the very special hardware store in Cocoa (Schenectadians: think of Wallace Armer). After that, we'll head north until the first opportunity to go outside and make a bee line to North Carolina.
Hee hee. We like being on the move.
Hi Dick -
ReplyDeleteI have read your repowering experience with interest as I'm installing a Betamarine 1505 in our W32 - this is a new installation as our boat has never been launched. I ran into a problem with the muffler intallation. Could you possibly tell me how far the below the entrance to the muffler is from the exhaust manifold exit? I see you have the standard exit piece. I have the high rise muffler option but the exhaust maunufacturer says the entrance to the muffler needs to be at least 12" below the exit from the exhaust manifold....is this what your setup looks like?
I would appreciate any help or advice you could offer.
regards,
Gary Burton
