Nick and I tried out the sailing rig for the dinghy on the river today. It works fine and she sails right along. We played chicken with a tugboat and a barge. The tugboat won.

Dinghy Sail
Today it is just Nick (our grandson) and Libby and me. We plan to head for Catskill creek tomorrow morning. Today they forecast severe thunderstorms.
Nick and I tried out the sailing rig for the dinghy on the river today. It works fine and she sails right along. We played chicken with a tugboat and a barge. The tugboat won.

Dad, how do you load and unload (launch and retrive I suppose may be more appropriate)the dinghy?
